When do my points expire?

Points have a one-year lifespan—spend them before they vanish (like last season’s trends).

How do I earn points?

Easy: Spend $1, earn 1 point. Shop what you love, and the points will follow.

What happens to my points if part of my order is canceled?

If an order gets canceled or refunded, the points earned will be deducted. We get it—things happen. So let us know if you need help.

Are there any limitations to the number of Rewards I can redeem?

Yes, some perks have limits:. Line pass = 1 per event. Free shipping = 1 per purchase. VIP passes vary by tier. As of now, Members can redeem 1 per event, Insiders get 2, and Loyalists get 3.

Can I earn points with your brand partners?

Not yet, but this program is exclusively ours, so stay tuned for more.
