What happens if I forget to check out under my profile in-store?

Your spend won’t count toward rewards or tier status. For proven purchases, we can adjust points but NOT tier spend—so don’t forget! Email our support with a copy of your receipt, and someone will help. Act fast, you have 30 days from the transaction

Will I receive points for purchases made before I joined the rewards program?

At launch, you’re placed into a tier based on 2024 spend. Purchases before then don’t count, but everything moving forward does.

What about bulk buyers?
