What happens if I forget to check out under my profile in-store?

Your spend won’t count toward rewards or tier status. Download your digital membership ID to make checkout seamless. (For proven purchases, we can adjust points but NOT tier spend—so don’t forget!)

Will I receive points for purchases made before I joined the rewards program?

At launch, you’re placed into a tier based on 2024 spend. Purchases before then don’t count, but everything moving forward does.

What about bulk buyers?
